You have placed your order…now it begins!  Our production team begin work on the pattern and fabrics needed to make your gowns. We will also confirm the delivery date for your gown. Expect between 45-60 days from the time of order.

One of our Stylists will confirm your final measurements and order details. Your gown will undergo high grade in-house quality control to ensure that the fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard.

Your gown will be one most exciting package you’ll ever receive! It’s time for our Dispatch Team to pack your order at our head office in Canada, where it will then be dispatched via Fedex or UPS.

You will receive tracking information from our Dispatch Team so you can track your precious package. We deliver to brides across the globe!

What do the dresses feel like to touch?

The Gowns feel soft and luxurious. They been handmade in an exclusive luxuriously soft laces, crepes and satins that molds to your body.  Beading, 3d Applique and Crystals will be more rigid.

Our tulles and shimmering organza’s are as soft as possible, while still giving shape and body to your gown’s silhouette.

How are the dresses made?

We hand make our Collection especially for you in our atelier but we deliver worldwide.

Can I alter dress designs?

Every dress undergoes intensive design processes to ensure the fit, feel and balance of each dress is absolutely perfect. Therefore, we do not offer customizations – but you can arrange to have your own design created.

Ordering

How can I place an order?

Review various styles, sizes and colors on the website, fill out the wholesale price list/order form and email it to us. We are also available to speak with you about your order in advance.

What is the Minimum first order?

No MOQ.

What is the standard size range?

2-22. But plus-sizing and custom is also available.

How long does it take for my order to be made?

We recommend ordering your dresses at least 2 months prior to having them in your Salon.

If you require gowns in less than 8 weeks away, let us know, we may have gowns in stock available in standard size ranges.

How much does delivery cost?

This is dependent on number of styles and location.

Currency, Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend Partners ordering from outside of Canada check with their import/customs department for an estimated cost, so you are aware of any charges you may be required to pay.
