Here we Go!

You have placed your order…now it begins!  Our production team begin work on the pattern and fabrics needed to make your gown. We will also confirm the delivery date for your gown. Expect between 45-60 days from the time of order.

One of our Stylists will confirm your final measurements and order details. Your gown will undergo high grade in-house quality control to ensure that the fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard.

Your gown will be one most exciting package you’ll ever receive! It’s time for our Dispatch Team to pack your order at our head office in Canada, where it will then be dispatched via Fedex or UPS.

You will receive tracking information from our Dispatch Team so you can track your precious package. We deliver to brides across the globe!

Import duties and taxes may be applicable in your country. We always recommend brides ordering from outside of USA check with their import/customs department for an estimated cost, so you are aware of any charges you may be required to pay.
